With Love from Tasman – A Poem to Inspire and Renew
I AM Present
Come closer, and be comforted, dearest
For in your world, sorrow, pain and loss are always nearest
I am here to lift the veil on this nasty illusion in which you inhabit
To tell you it can be done, just by changing your habit
By switching your gaze from the out to the in, you change your focus
Disconnecting you from all of this illusion’s joy crushing hocus pocus
Then you will be free, you will have won
The torment, the pain, will just disappear
Just like a dark fog does, when the sun draws near
Your heart, your heart it holds the key
It holds my spark, the power to set you free
Fuelled by a conscious breath taken through mouth
I will fill your vessel with my “I AM Present” from the north to the south
Creating that shared sacred space
Where our holy communion will take place
Breathing deep and slow
Visualising your breath as a brilliant golden flow
In hale and drink me in, drink your fill,
Hold, clear your mind, and be as me, that vast and eternal still
Exhale, your golden breath will seed a world from purpose born a new
Born of that Devine union of the me, and the you
Then speak the words “I AM”, and repeat thrice, or more times every day
Or whenever any upset comes your way
The golden glow of joy will quickly reappear ruling your experience from its pre-eminent position
Removing any dark disposition
Moving you forward in Devine, determined motion
As the “I AM present” overwhelms the dark, your very own magic potion
See your heart light, again shining bright
Illuminating your path manifested by the “I AM” light
Bringing only the brightness of day and vanquishing the darkness of night
Now you know the truth, absolute to your creation
Claim your authority, and celebrate your total liberation
Empowered by the Devine truth that there has never been any separation
For we are one, we are one, we two
There has never been a separate you
And So, It Is
