ThE ArK
Reflections from Earth
~250,000 BCE – Present
Welcome, dear journeyer, come in, and rest
There is a lot I want to share with you, my much-honoured guest
For you have travelled, oh so far
In search of your very own, guiding star
Experiencing the highways, and the byways,
The mountains and the valleys, your path a challenge, always
Yet still you move forward, with determination and hope,
Fuelled by faith in a better tomorrow — you cope
I have a message of love and redemption to gladden your weary heart,
A salve for your wounds, to ease the smart
“Who am I,” you ask, “to make such an offer?”
“How am I qualified for so important a task?”
The answer is simple, and easily understood:
I am Tasman — messenger of a shared brotherhood and sisterhood
Acting not as authority, but as voice and reflection,
In service of unity, care, and connection
Words are powerful — they carry an energetic key,
With the power to inspire, to awaken, to set us free
Even more so when shaped with care and poetry
So linger awhile, and take in what resonates here
Leave what does not, without judgement or fear
The promise of a brighter tomorrow is not something I give
It is something you discover — and choose — as you live
Entering the Landscape
ThE ArK is not a place to find answers, nor a doctrine to be followed. It is a reflective landscape — one human consciousness exploring what it means to be human across time, culture, lived experience, and becoming.
The works gathered here are offered as lenses rather than conclusions, invitations rather than instructions. You are free to wander, pause, return, or move on. Nothing here asks for belief — only attention and consideration.
Take what resonates.
Leave the rest.
Carry forward what feels alive.
How to Use This Space
ThE ArK is organised as a landscape, not a library. You may enter anywhere. There is no required path, sequence, or conclusion.
